Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What we look for:

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, capable of having considerate and caring conversations, ensuring your team feels heard and supported.
• Experience maintaining high standards in food, health, and safety.
• Understanding of financial performance, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Ability to build a coaching culture within your team, focusing on recruitment and ongoing development.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and make decisions on the spot.
