Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

  • Ability to create a caring and supportive environment, nurturing talent and promoting a coaching culture.
  • Dedication to delivering an excellent guest experience, ensuring high standards in dish preparation.
  • Experience in maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards, and understanding kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Commitment to building a strong, developing team through recruitment and ongoing growth.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
