The Role

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

• Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to have meaningful conversations and support your team.
• Knowledge of food, health, and safety standards, and understanding of kitchen financials such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
