Mode Search is exclusively partnered with a Global Luxury Brand to recruit a CRM Manager for a flagship store in London. You will lead clienteling initiatives, develop the client portfolio and drive commercial performance through targeted CRM activity and personalised outreach.

This role sits at the heart of the store team with weekend work and a strong emphasis on staff training, data analysis, and delivering insights to elevate customer loyalty and brand experience.

Qualifications

• Track record of achieving sales targets and growth through clienteling.
• Ability to train and influence store staff on clienteling best practices.
• Strong data analysis using Excel to derive insights.
• Strong understanding of market trends and consumer preferences.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all clienteling activities among store staff and crafting tailored development plans for each Client Advisor.
• Analyzing customer data and KPIs weekly and monthly to track CRM performance.
• Assisting the Store Manager in formulating the CRM action plan.
• Evaluating Client Advisor performance based on CRM KPIs, delivering personalized development strategies.
• Creating and executing action plans centered around data collection, local client retention, and brand loyalty.
• Collaborating with the PR Department to oversee engagements with celebrities and influencers.
• Working alongside the Local Retail team to enhance overall store performance.
• Maintaining a strong understanding of market trends and consumer preferences to elevate staff fashion sensibility.
