Elite Associates seeks a Sales Associate for a niche luxury fashion house launching a new concession within a leading department store in London. You will deliver highly personalised styling with strong RTW knowledge and build a dedicated client book to drive repeat business and new client acquisition.

You will use CRM and clienteling to foster long-term relationships, generate sales, and network with external stylists and personal shoppers.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3+ years luxury fashion retail experience, ideally in a department store.
• Proven sales track record with clienteling experience.
• Established client book and external network.

• Deliver highly personalised styling and client experiences with RTW knowledge.
• Develop and manage your own client book to drive repeat business and new client acquisition.
• Proactively use CRM and clienteling to build long-term relationships and generate sales.
• Build connections with external stylists, personal shoppers and relevant networks to attract new clients.
• Work within a KPI-driven environment and consistently meet commercial targets.
• Bring fresh ideas and initiatives to grow the client base and drive the business forward.
• Take a proactive, entrepreneurial, solution-driven approach to opportunities and challenges.
