Job summary

ASOS is seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to lead high‑value creative initiatives from concept to delivery. You will supervise a team of junior PMs, coach performers, and drive process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.

You'll partner with senior stakeholders across marketing, design and tech to ensure on‑brief, on‑time delivery while managing budgets and dependencies across digital channels, email, mobile and social.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering complex digital creative campaigns.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Proactive and adaptable to evolving business needs.
• Strong understanding of on-site, digital and creative outputs with excellent time management.
• Experience managing production dependencies across mobile, desktop, email, display, social, apps.
• Leadership of multiple direct reports and development initiatives.
• Experience with project management tools and MS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex or high-value creative projects and manage a team of junior PMs.
• Create project plans and key documents for medium and long lead projects.
• Oversee budget use and resource allocation for creative output.
• Manage approvals and escalate where needed.
• Mentor and coach junior team members and conduct performance discussions.
• Utilize internal tools to manage and deliver projects and communicate plans clearly.
