Job summary

ASOS.com is seeking an experienced Styling Manager for ASOS CREATIVE STUDIOS in London. You’ll lead a team of Senior, Midweight and Junior Stylists, shaping ecommerce PDPs, homepage, campaigns, AMG, Ai and social assets to appeal to the 20-something customer.

You’ll partner with the Styling Lead and senior teams to drive creative output, manage budgets, headcount and KPIs, and mentor talent while maintaining ASOS’s industry-leading standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as a Senior Level Stylist with portfolio of high-level campaigns, advertising, e-commerce and editorial.
• Experience leading styling teams and delivering creative output at scale.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop talent across Senior, Midweight and Junior Stylists.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day styling team operations and delivery.
• Ensure creative implementation, budget, cost per product and KPIs are met.
• Lead pre-shoot planning, AI prompting/generation and staff briefing.
