Job summary

ASOS is seeking an experienced Creative Project Management Manager to lead and oversee complex public-facing creative projects from conception to completion. You will manage a team of junior PMs, coach performance, and ensure high-value project delivery with strong oversight on budgets and resources.

You will lead by example, drive process improvements, and collaborate across internal stakeholders to keep projects aligned with briefs and goals while maintaining high standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience delivering complex digital creative campaigns.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across functions.
• Proactive and adaptable to changing workloads.
• Strong time management to meet deadlines.
• Experience managing production dependencies across platforms.
• Experience leading development initiatives within a team.
• Experience with project management tools and MS systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Dynamic, innovative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex/high value projects and manage a team of PMs.
• Create project plans and key documents aligned with briefs and goals.
• Manage budgets and creative resources where required.
• Oversee approvals and escalate as needed.
• Mentor junior Creative Project Managers and support their development.
• Conduct regular 1:1s and development planning with direct reports.
• Use internal PM tool to manage, resource and communicate project status.
• Improve planning, processes and procedures for efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and foster collaboration, creativity and growth.
• Act as escalation point for briefs, budgets or issues.
