Job summary

G2 Legal Limited in Middlesbrough is seeking a Conveyancing Team Leader to head a Residential Property department. The role offers £42,000-£55,000 plus a bonus scheme, with DOE, and an opportunity to develop and manage a small team.

You will supervise a varied conveyancing caseload (sales, purchases, remortgages, new builds, lease extensions, buy-to-let) and drive client service, billing and BD efforts while maintaining a high standard of legal work.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with strong conveyancing experience (around 8+ years PQE).
• Experience supervising or managing a small team is preferred.
• Ability to handle a varied caseload independently while maintaining quality client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied conveyancing caseload (sales, purchases, remortgages, new builds, lease extensions, buy-to-let).
• Supervise, support and develop a small conveyancing team.
• Allocate work and ensure timely progression with excellent client service.
