Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of social housing refurbishment contracts across the UK from Head Office. You will lead Project Managers and installation teams, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.

You will build strong client relationships, manage stakeholders and drive commercial performance while supporting the growth of the commercial division.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a Contracts Manager role within construction, fenestration, social housing or refurbishment.
• Experience managing multiple projects and operational teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of social housing refurbishment contracts across the UK.
• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers and installation teams.
• Monitor programme delivery, performance and commercial objectives.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, housing associations and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project reviews and performance meetings.
• Resolve operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Work with commercial, production, procurement and customer service teams.
• Support the continued growth and development of the commercial division.
