Job summary

Ten Human Resources is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a leading UK fenestration manufacturer delivering social housing refurbishments nationwide. Based at Head Office, you will oversee a portfolio of contracts and manage a team of Project Managers and installation crews.

You will drive project performance, ensure safety, on-time delivery and budget control while cultivating strong relationships with housing associations, clients and stakeholders across the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within construction or related sector.
• Experience managing multiple projects and operational teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent commercial awareness and contract management abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple social housing refurbishment contracts across the UK.
• Lead, support and develop a team of Project Managers and installation teams.
• Monitor project performance, programme delivery and commercial objectives.
• As the contracts manager you will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, housing associations and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project reviews and performance meetings.
• Resolve operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company procedures and contractual requirements.
• Work closely with internal departments including commercial, production, procurement and customer service teams.
• Support the continued growth and development of the commercial division.
