Job summary

Ten Human Resources represents a leading UK fenestration manufacturer seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of social housing refurbishment contracts across the UK. Based from Head Office, you will lead Project Managers and installation teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

You will build strong client relationships, monitor performance, and coordinate with commercial, production and procurement teams to optimise outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Contracts Manager in construction, fenestration or social housing refurbishment.
• Experience leading multiple projects and operational teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

As part of this continued expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team at Head Office and play a key role in the successful delivery of multiple projects nationwide.

The Role

Reporting into the senior management team, you will take responsibility for overseeing a portfolio of social housing refurbishment contracts across various UK locations. Working from Head Office, you will manage a team of Project Managers and their associated window installation teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget.

As the Contracts Manager this is a highly influential position that combines operational leadership, client relationship management and commercial oversight. You will act as the link between Head Office, site teams and clients, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple social housing refurbishment contracts across the UK.
• Lead, support and develop a team of Project Managers and installation teams.

• As the contracts manager you will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and within budget.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within construction, fenestration, social housing, refurbishment or a related sector.
• You could be in a commercial coordinator role or contracts coordinator looking for career advancement!
• Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects and operational teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent commercial awareness and contract management abilities.
• Experience working within the social housing sector would be highly advantageous.
• As the contracts manager you will need strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
