Job summary

Ten Human Resources is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a leading UK fenestration manufacturer delivering large-scale social housing refurbishment projects nationwide. Based at Head Office, you will oversee a portfolio of contracts, manage Project Managers and installation teams, and ensure safe, timely and on-budget delivery.

You will act as the link between Head Office, site teams and clients, maintaining high standards of service and commercial oversight across all projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within construction, fenestration, social housing, refurbishment or a related sector.
• Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects and operational teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple social housing refurbishment contracts across the UK.
• Lead, support and develop a team of Project Managers and installation teams.
• Monitor project performance, programme delivery and commercial objectives.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, housing associations and stakeholders.
