Job summary

Construction is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead a portfolio of social housing refurbishment contracts across the UK. Based from Head Office, you will manage Project Managers and installation teams, ensuring delivery to schedule and budget while upholding safety standards.

You will drive client relationships, contract performance and commercial oversight, coordinating with internal departments to support growth of the commercial division nationwide.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Contracts Manager in construction or fenestration.
• Experience managing multiple projects and operational teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent commercial awareness and contract management abilities.
• Experience in the social housing sector is advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple social housing refurbishment contracts across the UK.
• Lead and develop Project Managers and installation teams.
• Monitor performance, programmes, and commercial objectives.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery with safety focus.
• Build relationships with clients, housing associations and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project reviews and performance meetings.
• Resolve operational challenges with effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with commercial, production, procurement and customer service teams.
• Support growth of the commercial division.
