Job summary

Construction, a leading UK manufacturer of high-performance windows and doors, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee social housing refurbishment contracts nationwide. Based at Head Office, you will manage Project Managers and installation teams to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within construction, fenestration or social housing refurbishment.
• Experience managing multiple projects and operational teams.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple social housing refurbishment contracts across the UK.
• Lead, support and develop a team of Project Managers and installation teams.
• Monitor project performance, programme delivery and commercial objectives.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, housing associations and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project reviews and performance meetings.
• Resolve operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company procedures and contractual requirements.
• Work closely with internal departments including commercial, production, procurement and customer service teams.
• Support the continued growth and development of the commercial division.
