Job summary

FM Conway Ltd is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to own complex structural and highways projects from tender through to delivery. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and ensure safety, quality and compliance across the project lifecycle.

You will oversee planning, programming and risk management while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships, contributing to business growth in the Structures Division.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management of infrastructure projects.
• Experience delivering highways/structures projects.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder and supplier management capability.
• Knowledge of NEC and/or JCT forms of contract.
• Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of infrastructure projects from inception through to completion.
• Oversee pre-construction activities including tenders and programme development.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and commercial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with contract obligations and health & safety standards.
• Mentor teams and drive continuous improvement across projects.
