Qualifications

• Proven line-management experience leading consultants or analysts.
• Strong leadership with coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Experience with resource allocation and prioritisation in a consulting environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and teams.
• Ability to interview and hire Associates; knowledge of People policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiline major clients as a trusted advisor and drive retention.
• Supervise day-to-day performance of direct reports and provide leadership.
• Conduct Performance and Development Reviews for staff.
• Coach Associates to improve productivity and outcomes.
• Allocate resources across teams to hit objectives with the Corporate Consulting Lead.
• Represent Lockton to major carriers and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Support leadership in proposition development and market trend monitoring.
