Alexander Lloyd seeks an experienced Consulting Team Lead to guide a high-performing benefits consulting team in London. The role will manage a portfolio of major clients, coach consultants and ensure exceptional service.

The position is hybrid with 3 days per week in the London office, requiring strong risk and healthcare market knowledge, strategic thinking, and a track record of driving revenue growth through cross-selling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with carriers and providers to support stakeholders.
• Develop strategies for complex client situations and communicate challenging messages as needed.
• Drive revenue growth through sustainable cross-selling channels.
• Support proposition development and stay informed on market trends.
• Proven experience leading consultants or analysts, including performance management.
