The position is hybrid with 3 days per week in the London office, requiring strong risk and healthcare market knowledge, strategic thinking, and a track record of driving revenue growth through cross-selling.

Qualifications

• Experience leading consultants or analysts, including performance management.
• Strong leadership, ability to inspire, motivate and develop others.
• Deep knowledge of risk and healthcare markets.
• Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in London office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of consultants, ensuring high performance and resource allocation.
• Manage multi-line major clients as a technical adviser, ensuring retention and exceptional service.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and oversee client deliverables.
• Build relationships with carriers and providers to support stakeholders.
• Develop strategies for complex client situations and communicate challenging messages as needed.
• Drive revenue growth through sustainable cross-selling channels.
• Support proposition development and stay informed on market trends.
• Proven experience leading consultants or analysts, including performance management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop others.
