Job summary

Barratt Redrow plc is seeking a Site Manager to lead development construction, ensuring health and safety, quality and cost targets are met. You will coordinate labour, materials and subcontractors across large schemes and liaise with NHBC and building regulations to maintain standards.

With experience in delivering to construction programmes, you will drive on-site safety, act as a strong leader, and work with sales to ensure timely handovers of completed homes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering to established build programmes on large sites.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven ability to maintain health and safety and quality standards on site.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction of a development and pre/post build works.
• Ensure NHBC standards, Building Regulations and quality targets.
• Coordinate labour, materials and subcontractors to meet programme.”
• Drive on-site health, safety, and best practice through toolbox talks.
• Deliver plots to high standard and within budget and schedule.
