Job summary

Bovis is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the Private Sector Projects division on the delivery of a prestigious 500-bedroom hotel. You will oversee a dedicated team, drive programme delivery, and report into the Programme Project Director to ensure timely, high-quality results.

The role requires chartered status (CIOB) and significant delivery experience on large-scale commercial/leisure projects.

Qualifications

• Chartership such as CIOB.
• BSc or MSc in Project Management or Building/Construction.
• Experience delivering medium to large commercial projects (£80m+).
• Experience coordinating design procurement and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to delivery staff and foster wellbeing.
• Create detailed project strategy, plan and schedule and manage delivery to plan.
• Ensure high quality and implement systems for right-first-time construction.
• Maintain communications and records with project stakeholders.
