Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director for Consents Management within the Programme Advisory team. You will drive pre- and post-consent activity, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and lead governance across DCO, TWAO and TCPA pathways on major infrastructure projects.

You will mentor staff, manage client relationships, and pursue business opportunities while delivering high-quality outcomes in a challenging, collaborative environment at a global firm.

Responsibilities

• Deliver key client deliverables for nationally significant infrastructure projects, navigating consenting processes.
• Lead consents pre/post, produce and deliver consents, assess environmental impact, and advise stakeholders.
• Manage client relationships and identify business opportunities.
• Lead or contribute to bid proposals and major bids.
• Mentor and manage Programme Advisory team members; line managing junior staff where applicable.
• Develop and implement programme integration products and methodologies.
