Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Principal Consultant for Consents Management to join our Programme Integration team in the UK. You will lead consents strategies, manage stakeholder engagement and work across pre- and post-consent phases on major infrastructure projects.

The role demands deep knowledge of consent processes (DCO/TWAO/Hybrid), strong client management and a track record of delivering tangible results in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an integrated project team to deliver key client outputs for Nationally Significant Infrastructure projects.
• Lead or support consents leadership and management across pre- and post-consent stages.
• Produce and deliver consent documentation and manage stakeholder engagement and consultation.
• Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead or contribute to bid proposals and manage major bids.
• Mentor and/or line-manage members of the Programme Advisory team.
• Coordinate approvals and notifications between stakeholders and manage consent management plans.
• Demonstrate experience in DCO, TWAO, and Hybrid Bill consenting routes.
• Show experience in environment impact assessments and post-consent deliverables.
• Operate in a consulting environment and deliver tangible project results.
