Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Principal Consultant to join the Consents Management team within the Programme Integration stream. You will lead consent strategies across major infrastructure projects, coordinating with diverse stakeholders and ensuring delivery within statutory processes.

The role requires deep knowledge of consent regimes (DCO, TWAO, TCPA), strong leadership, and a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to consents management across pre- and post-consent stages.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage approvals under DCO, TWAO, or TCPA frameworks.
• Oversee production and delivery of consent-related deliverables and EIAs.
• Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Contribute to bids and proposals and mentor junior staff.
