Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director for Consents Management in London. The role sits within the Programme Integration team of the Programme Advisory division and focuses on major infrastructure consents across pre- and post-consent stages.

You will lead integrated project workstreams, manage client relationships, and steer consents strategy across DCO, TWAO and TCPA routes. The role emphasizes leadership, technical expertise and proactive business development.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an integrated project team to deliver key client outputs on NSIP projects and programmes.
• Provide consents leadership and management across pre- and post-consent stages.
• Coordinate approvals and notifications with stakeholders and manage consent management plans.
• Develop and realise business development opportunities and support bid proposals.
• Mentor and line-manage junior team members where applicable.
• Demonstrate experience in DCO, TWAO, or TCPA consenting routes.
