Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Principal Consultant in Consents Management to join the Programme Integration team within Programme Advisory in the UK. You will work on Nationally Significant Infrastructure projects, guiding pre/post consent activity, managing stakeholder engagement and delivering consent strategies.

The role requires deep knowledge of consents and experience across DCO/TWAO/TCPA routes, with leadership responsibility and the ability to drive outcomes in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the lifecycle of consent processes (pre to post consent).
• Knowledge of major consenting routes (DCO, TWAO, TCPA).
• Experience in complex infrastructure programmes and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support consents leadership and management across pre/post consent stages.
• Produce and deliver consent documentation and manage consent strategies.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and manage approvals.
