Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Complex Case Management Team with high-quality case management.
• Oversee a portfolio of high-risk property cases, driving timely resolutions.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary responses across departments and external partners.
• Manage risk, governance and regulatory compliance with clear accountability.
• Champion proactive, customer-focused approaches and early intervention.
