Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a diverse caseload of complex property cases and coordinate investigations and action plans.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, communicating clearly and managing expectations.
• Collaborate with Property Care, Neighbourhoods, Compliance and external partners to deliver joined-up solutions.
• Identify and manage risks related to vulnerability, safeguarding and health and safety.
• Identify trends to improve customer experience and regulatory compliance.
