Job summary

Mosscare St Vincents Housing (MSV Housing) seeks a visionary Head of Complex Case Management to lead MSV's high-risk property caseloads across services, shaping a specialist unit that prioritises vulnerable customers and coordinated outcomes.

You will provide strategic oversight of cases involving vulnerability, access issues, disrepair, legal action and regulatory compliance, driving governance and improved performance while reducing organisational risk.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high‑performing teams within social housing or related environments.
• Experience managing complex, high‑risk cases balancing customer needs, regulation and risk.
• Strong knowledge of social housing regulation and landlord responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Relevant professional qualification (or equivalent) and commitment to development; CIH desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop MSV's Complex Case Management service with a customer‑focused approach.
• Provide strategic oversight of complex cases including vulnerability, access, disrepair, legal action and risk.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements, including Awaab's Law and health and safety.
• Lead disrepair management and legal access enforcement with internal/external partners.
• Build partnerships across Property Care, Neighbourhoods, Compliance and Corporate Services for governance and performance.
