Mosscare St Vincents Housing (MSV Housing) is seeking a proactive Complex Case Officer to manage challenging housing cases across Property Care, Neighbourhoods, Compliance and external partners. You will coordinate investigations, plan actions and drive cases to resolution while acting as the main point of contact for customers.

The role requires strong case management, risk assessment and collaboration with multi‑agency partners.

Competenze

• Proven experience managing complex customer or resident cases and coordinating investigations.
• Excellent case management, organisational and communication skills with ability to manage competing priorities.

Mansioni

• Take ownership of a diverse caseload of complex property cases and coordinate investigations, action plans and multi-agency responses.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering clear communication and managing expectations throughout the resolution process.
• Collaborate with Property Care, Compliance, Neighbourhoods and external partners to deliver joined‑up solutions for housing and property issues.
• Identify and manage risks relating to vulnerability, safeguarding, health and safety, compliance and reputation, escalating where required.
• Champion continuous improvement by sharing learning and enhancing customer experience and regulatory compliance.
