NEP Europe in Bracknell is seeking a Commercial Proposals Coordinator to help move opportunities from initial contact through to final submission. You will coordinate bids, tenders, renewals and RFPs, ensuring deadlines, inputs and materials are polished and delivered on time.

You’ll work closely with the Commercial Proposals Manager and wider team across Commercial, Engineering and Operations, gaining exposure to major live events and broadcast opportunities while developing your commercial

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating bids, tenders, RFPs, and renewals.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate bids and proposals – support RFPs, RFIs, tenders and renewals from receipt through to submission, keeping deadlines, actions, documentation and contributors on track.
• Create high-quality commercial materials – help produce quotes and proposals, coordinate supporting content and take ownership of formatting, proofing, version control and final submission checks.
• Keep our pipeline organised – maintain accurate opportunities and next actions in Salesforce, ensuring the Commercial team has reliable information and clear visibility of activity.
• Connect the right people – identify requirements and coordinate input from Commercial, Engineering, Technical, Operations and other specialists across NEP to keep responses moving at pace.
