The Tynemouth Castle Inn in Tynemouth is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to lead our busy kitchen, delivering exceptional dishes and guest experiences with the Head Chef.

You’ll manage a talented team, contribute to menu development and costing, and oversee stock control and supplier orders. The role requires calm efficiency in a fast-paced setting and coordination with front-of-house and management to ensure smooth operations.
