Job summary

Young's Canford is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to join a vibrant seaside kitchen on the South Coast. Lead a dedicated kitchen team, champion fresh, quality food and ensure outstanding service in a buzzing, beachside pub environment.

You will work with the Head Chef to design menus, manage rota, training and health & safety, and help deliver daily specials. A fantastic coastal role with scope to grow and progress.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a kitchen team.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high food quality and service.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to plan menus and manage daily specials.
• Skilled in staff rota planning and health & safety.
• Proactive in driving sales through team engagement.
