Qualifications

• Proven experience leading architectural decision-making across multiple applications or teams.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native development, software delivery lifecycle and modern engineering practices.
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction without direct line management.
• Deep ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
