Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Lead Clinician to oversee our in-house Clinical Team at Dibden Park School in Hampshire. The role combines clinical leadership with a therapy caseload to deliver bespoke assessments and interventions for pupils with complex needs.

You will collaborate with the school SLT and Regional Clinical Lead, ensuring safeguarding and high-quality outcomes. A HCPC registered professional with 2+ years post-qualification experience is essential.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration and membership are essential.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience, preferably in education.
• Ability to supervise and support a therapy team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-house Clinical Team at Dibden Park School.
• Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils.
• Coordinate line management and service development of the clinical school-based service.
• Work collaboratively with SLT and Regional Clinical Lead to meet EHCP targets.
