Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Lead Clinician - Psychotherapist, SaLT for The Shires, Oakham. You will lead a multidisciplinary clinical team and manage a therapy caseload to support pupils aged 11–19 with diverse needs in an education setting.

The role focuses on bespoke assessment and intervention planning, meeting EHCP goals, and collaborating with school SLT and the Regional Clinical Lead to develop a robust school-based clinical service.

Qualifications

• Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

Responsibilities

• Lead the onsite clinical team and hold a therapy caseload.
• Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with diverse needs.
• Coordinate line management of the onsite clinical team and develop the school-based clinical service.
• Collaborate with the school SLT and Regional Clinical Lead to ensure cohesive service delivery.
• Focus on meeting EHCP goals through OFG clinical practices.
