Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Lead Clinician at Fieldstone School (Devon) to manage the on-site clinical team and deliver bespoke assessments and interventions for pupils with autism and related needs. The role blends clinical leadership with direct therapy caseload, working with the SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.

The post offers 37.5 hours weekly, permanent contract, salary £50,000–£60,000 DOE, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• HCPC registration and ongoing professional membership
• Experience with autistic individuals and/or complex needs
• Clear and concise clinical and research reports
• Experience supervising and supporting a therapy team
• Able to work independently and within a developing clinical service
• Experience of multi-professional collaboration in the designated specialty

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-house Clinical Team at Fieldstone School and split time between leadership and therapy caseload
• Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with autism and neurodivergence
• Coordinate line management of clinical staff and drive service development
• Collaborate with School SLT and Regional Clinical Lead to align with EHCP targets
• Support a person-centred, safeguarding-focused approach across settings
• Contribute to research and clinical activities within the school-based service

Psychotherapist (Level 7+)
