Job summary

Outcomes First Group at Overton School in Shropshire is seeking a Lead Clinician - Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to lead the in-house clinical team and manage a professional therapy caseload.

You will deliver bespoke assessments and intervention plans for pupils with autism and complex needs, align work with EHCP targets, and develop the service with the school SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with HCPC
• Experience with autistic individuals or complex needs
• Experience supervising a therapy team
• Ability to work independently and within a growing clinical service
• Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-house Clinical Team at Overton School and manage the therapy caseload
• Deliver bespoke assessments and intervention plans for pupils with complex profiles
• Coordinate line management of onsite clinical staff and contribute to service development
• Collaborate with SLT and Regional Clinical Lead to meet EHCP targets
