Outcomes First Group is seeking a Lead Clinician at Fieldstone School (Devon) to manage the on-site clinical team and deliver bespoke assessments and interventions for pupils with autism and related needs. The role blends clinical leadership with direct therapy caseload, working with the SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.

The post offers 37.5 hours weekly, permanent contract, salary £50,000–£60,000 DOE, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-house Clinical Team at Fieldstone School and split time between leadership and therapy caseload
• Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with autism and neurodivergence
• Coordinate line management of clinical staff and drive service development
• Collaborate with School SLT and Regional Clinical Lead to align with EHCP targets
• Support a person-centred, safeguarding-focused approach across settings
• Contribute to research and clinical activities within the school-based service

• Bsc Occupational Therapy, Bsc Speech and Language Therapy, Doctorate in Psychology, level 7 or above Psychotherapist

Outcomes First Group operates a number of specialist education and care brands across the UK, including Blenheim Schools, each delivering tailored provision to meet the diverse needs of children and young people., We are looking for a Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team at Fieldstone School. The postholder will work collaboratively with both the school's Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Regional Clinical Lead. The role will be split between clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload. Working collaboratively with the team, the postholder will deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our students who may present with complex profiles of need as a result of autism and other types of neurodivergence, developmental trauma and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. Meeting the needs of EHCP plans will be a primary focus in this role, target led, via the OFG all', group' and individual' clinical ways of working, embedded into our clinical practice. They will also be responsible for coordinating the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team and leading on the service development of the clinical school-based service, alongside the school SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.
