Outcomes First Group invites applications for Lead Clinician at Fieldstone School in Devon. The role combines clinical leadership with a hands-on therapy caseload to deliver tailored assessments and intervention plans for pupils with autism, trauma, SEMH needs, and complex profiles.

The post holder collaborates with the SLT and Regional Clinical Lead, ensuring safeguarding and high-quality clinical practice across the school site.

Qualifications

• Experience in multidisciplinary clinical settings in education
• Strong report writing skills for clinical and research activities
• Ability to supervise and support a therapy team
• Experience with EHCP plans and complex needs

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the in-house Clinical Team at Fieldstone School.
• Split time between clinical leadership and therapy caseload.
• Develop and deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with autism, trauma and SEMH needs.
• Coordinate line management and contribute to service development with SLT and Regional Clinical Lead
