Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Lead Clinician to oversee the in-house Clinical Team at Fieldstone School in Devon. You will split your time between clinical leadership and maintaining a therapy caseload, collaborating with SLT and Regional Clinical Lead to deliver bespoke assessments and intervention plans for pupils with complex neurodivergent needs and SEMH.

• Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Experience leading a clinical team in education settings.
• Ability to deliver bespoke assessments and interventions for pupils with autism and SEMH needs.

Responsibilities
