Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Lead Clinician to supervise a multidisciplinary team and deliver bespoke assessments for 11–19 year olds with autism, SEMH and neurodivergence. The role blends clinical leadership with hands-on caseload management within a school-based service.

You will collaborate with SLT and the Regional Clinical Lead, shaping clinical practice and pursuing service development while upholding safeguarding and pupil-centered outcomes. A driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Experience in Clinical Leadership and Management.
• A Registered Practitioner with the HCPC or other approved governing body.
• Registration and membership of a professional body (e.g. BPS).
• Experience with autistic individuals or those with complex needs.
• Clear and concise report writing for clinical and research activities.
• Experience providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
• Ability to work independently and within a growing clinical service.
• Experience of multi-professional work within the designated specialty (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical team and manage a therapy caseload.
• Develop bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils.
• Coordinate line management of onsite clinical staff.
• Drive service development alongside SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.
• Maintain safeguarding culture and pupil-focused practice.
