Job summary

Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Lead Clinical Research Nurse for a fixed 12‑month period. The post holder will oversee a portfolio of clinical studies, ensure high quality governance, and lead a team of research nurses and staff to deliver efficient research across the Trust.

They will drive capacity building, staff development, and performance monitoring, while maintaining collaboration with Stockport NHS Foundation Trust and other partners to achieve

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse with demonstrable clinical research delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and research governance.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the research delivery service across a portfolio of studies.
• Oversee study set-up, recruitment, data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with investigators, governance teams and external partners to meet targets.
