You will lead the nursing team across outpatient, day-case and inpatient areas, ensuring safe clinical practice and high-quality governance through a period of refurbishment and expanded hours.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with professional registration and competencies.
• Knowledge of R&D regulations and research governance.
• Post-registration oncology qualification essential for leadership in cancer services.
• GCP certification and familiarity with research policy requirements.
• Understanding of national research policy and regulatory context.

Responsabilités

• Provide visible leadership and clinical governance across CRF teams.
• Oversee staffing, patient flow and safe clinical practice.
• Lead on change management during refurbishment and transition to 24/7 service.
• Promote high standards of research delivery and collaboration with research teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and safeguarding requirements.

Registered Nurse

Expertise and knowledge of R&D regulations and Research Governance

Post Registration oncology qualification

Current GCP certificate
