Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in health/pharmaceutical sciences, biology, or chemistry.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical clinical trial data management or 2+ years as CDM II.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, data standards, and data flows.
• Proven leadership and ability to train junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Own data management deliverables, timelines, and project status.
• Lead client communications and scope management for trials.
• Mentor staff, deliver training on EDC, dataflow, and QC.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections with data binders.
• Oversee study build, UAT, and database design activities.
• Maintain DM documents such as DMP and data quality plans.
• Manage data cleaning, SAE reconciliation, and data harmonisation.
• Coordinate post go-live archival activities.
