Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in health/pharma sciences or related fields.
• At least 5 years in pharmaceutical clinical trial data management (or 2+ years as CDM II).
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and data standards.
• Proven leadership in CDM activities and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Own data management deliverables, timelines and reports.
• Lead eCRF design and UAT participation.
• Mentor junior staff and train on EDC, dataflow and QC.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections.
