Job summary

Leading Global CRO in the United Kingdom offers a Senior Clinical Data Manager role that is fully remote. You will own data management deliverables for assigned projects, lead teams, and serve as the primary client contact for technical discussions.

You will train staff on EDC systems, oversee data cleaning, and ensure QA readiness for audits and inspections, contributing to a stable, flexible, remote work culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health/pharmaceutical sciences, physical/biological sciences, or chemistry fields.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical clinical trial data management (or 2+ years as a CDM II).
• Deep understanding of clinical trial data management concepts, data flows, and data standards.
• Proven leadership in CDM activities and complex data management projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary day-to-day contact and owner of data management deliverables, timelines, and status reports.
• Manage client relationships and scope discussions, participate in kick-offs and investigator meetings.
• Plan study-level resources and mentor junior staff; deliver training on EDC systems and data QC processes.
• Maintain study binders and support during client audits and regulatory inspections.
