Job summary

Astute People requires a Cladding Package Manager for a London-based building envelope project. The role oversees cladding subcontractors, coordinates with interfaces (structure, civils, building services, mechanical, electrical), and ensures RAMS and permits are in place before work begins.

Experience supervising cladding on major construction projects, working at heights, and holding SMSTS and CSCS cards is essential. October 2026 start for 12–24 months, outside IR35.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising cladding subcontractors on building envelope installations on large projects.
• Ability to coordinate interfaces across multiple trades and resolve package-level issues.
• Experience supervising at heights is required.
• SMSTS certification and CSCS card or equivalent are in-date.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cladding subcontractors and manage track design, shop drawings, and material approvals.
• Review updated subcontractor programmes and align with the master programme.
• Ensure RAMS, permits and competence submissions are approved before work starts.
• Confirm scope completion in writing with supervisor daily reports and photographs.
