Zusammenfassung

Astute People requires a Cladding Package Manager for a London-based building envelope project. The role oversees cladding subcontractors, coordinates with interfaces (structure, civils, building services, mechanical, electrical), and ensures RAMS and permits are in place before work begins.

Experience supervising cladding on major construction projects, working at heights, and holding SMSTS and CSCS cards is essential. October 2026 start for 12–24 months, outside IR35.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising cladding subcontractors on building envelope installations on large projects.
• Ability to coordinate interfaces across multiple trades and resolve package-level issues.
• Experience supervising at heights is required.
• SMSTS certification and CSCS card or equivalent are in-date.

Key skills

• Track design, shop-drawing, sample and material approvals and fabrication and delivery lead times.


• Identify scope gaps, overlaps or unclear boundaries with adjacent packages early.


• Confirm that subcontractor RAMS, permits and competence submissions are approved before work starts.


• Receive the updated subcontractor programme each week and review it against the master programme.


• Confirm scope completion in writing, supported by evidence from Supervisor daily reports and photographs.


• Candidates must have experience in supervising cladding subcontractors on building envelope installation on a large construction project.


• Coordinate with other Package Managers on interfaces (structure, civils, building services, mechanical, electrical) and resolve at package level where possible.


• Must have experience supervising working at heights


• Must also ideally hold experience on an Energy from Waste or large industrial building envelope projects.


• Must hold an in-date SMSTS & Black CSCS Card or equivalent CSCS Card
