Job summary

Keyman Personnel is seeking a Cladding Contracts Manager for Gloucestershire, overseeing 4–5 concurrent cladding projects worth £100k–£2m across the South West. You will lead site teams, drive safety and quality standards, and coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a background in roofing & cladding and a relevant Construction Management or engineering degree, withHealth and Safety qualifications highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Health and Safety qualifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage 4-5 cladding projects concurrently with values from £100k to £2m.
• Ensure Health & Safety and Quality standards on all projects.
• Oversee Site Supervisors in the South West England region.
